TRESU VelociDryer™  enabling WB coating application with grease barrier performance.
Single pass WB grease barrier coating application is today replacing grease barriers with PE based laminates.
Together with leading industry experts we have tested application of WB based coatings with grease barrier performance with the aim of replacing PE based laminates in food packaging. 
Tests in our TRESU DemoCenter show that when employing VelociDryer™ technologoy, then PE based laminates can be replaced with WB coating.

TRESU customers are successfully switching to pressure mode. By maintaining a constant, high pressure in the chamber doctor blade system, then a liquid barrier forms between the rotating anilox cells and the chamber, stopping any air in the cells from transferring to the coating during production.

TRESU's coating concept is an in-line, pressure-controlled coating concept for high-speed - sheet-fed or web offset - printing presses, suitable for both UV and water-based coatings, where a perfect coating finish is needed.
