Elevating your printing solution: TRESU UniPrint Easy - automated chamber adjustment

Engineered to any OEM specifications, the TRESU UniPrint Easy is an automated floating suspension concept, that automatically adjusts the contact pressure to ensure optimal positioning of the chamber doctor blade systems - ensuring optimal printing quality.

The floating suspension concept continuously adapts to the wear and tear of the individual blades. The compact and robust pneumatic design with excellent price-performance ratio and low Cost-to-Print is remote controlled and enables automatic positioning of multiple chamber systems in remote or hard to reach locations.

This TRESU engineered concept has already earned trust and a track record in several CI installations, printing of flexo and tissue as well as for coating applications.

UniPrint Easy is a flexible system, and upgrades are available as individual retrofits or as an integrated built-in OEM solution. The side suspensions allow for easy access for fast anilox inspection, maintenance and cleaning.

TRESU UniPrint Easy Chamber Doctor Blade System offers a clamping system using an eccentric tool mechanism - E-Line change mechanism - ensuring even and precise blade clamping with rapid and easy action in widths up to 1,600 mm (63”).

The surface and materials offered are aluminum with hard anodized surface and the (HA-S) treatment is recommended for most applications. Aluminum with ceramic (TRESU CFX) coated surface is used for aggressive ink, coating or detergent.

The concept is available for WB, UV and solvent based inks and coatings and can optionally be supplied for ATEX applications
