At FTA in Pittsburgh TRESU presents the new TRESU InkFlex circulator for automated WB ink circulation. The TRESU InkFlex is supplied as a single- or multi-unit automated circulator for fast and easy operation with a new intuitive user-friendly HMI interface.

It is built from proven quality parts with TRESU flexo technology knowledge and features two air operated double diaphragm pumps for a wide range of WB printing applications.

With several installations across North America, the TRESU Flexo Innovator press has already proven its and many of the largest US packaging companies producing the majority of the beverage carriers in the US are using TRESU Innovator presses. With the Dual ink Deck feature, press operators can now perform on-the-fly job changes – reducing make-ready time significantly. 

Engineered to any OEM specifications the TRESU UniPrint Easy is an automated floating suspension concept, that automatically adjusts the contact pressure to ensure optimal positioning of the chamber doctor blade systems - ensuring optimal printing quality. 
The compact and robust pneumatic design is remote controlled and enables automatic positioning of multiple chamber systems in remote or hard to reach locations.

On top of TRESU’s modular condition-based service program – with individual service agreements and modules available for each customer - we also offer servitization.
TRESU’s Servitization service concept enables customers to get their flexo press servitized at a fixed price - with no capital investments required. We supply, install and manage all parts for the chamber doctor blades for the press - and recycle or replace any part when needed to secure that the chamber doctor blades on the press are always doctoring smoothly, enabling customers to focus on printing and coating– and a higher Overall Equipment Effectiveness - OEE.
