NEW! TRESU InkFlex - Automated single or multi unit WB ink circulator

The versatile ink circulator features two air operated double diaphragm pumps suitable for a wide range of large and fast flow WB printing applications. The circulator is designed on a modular platform enabling later activation of already built-in features and it features a strong construction with TRESU flexo know how and quality parts inside.

The TRESU InkFlex is designed for automation of the ink circulation and introduces a newly designed intuitive and user-friendly HMI interface for optimization of operators’ start up times with fast and easy guidance as well as automated modes of operation and wash cycles.

The optional digital flowmeter for accurate flow- and temperature measurements means less waste and more efficient use of resources increasing customers’ Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Indicative maintenance based on the number of pumpe strokes further optimizes OEE.

Picking up from TRESU’s new platform of third generation circulators, the Inkflex features an unmatched range of opportunities in automation and optional Industry 4.0 connectivity enables full and automated control of a wide range of water-based printing applications as well as full and seamless integration with any OEM technology.

Used in combination with a TRESU chamber doctor blade system, the InkFlex can optionally provide full control of the enclosed circulation from the bucket to the chamber. The optional TRESU Pressure Control Technology can prevent any contamination of air inside the chamber and eliminate micro foaming and undesired blistering of the print.
