TRESU ICE 2025 preview - 11-13 March, Munich

AT ICE we will present the TRESU Flexo Innovator Dual ink Deck – significantly reducing make-ready time and waste to a minumum. With the TRESU Flexo Innovator Dual ink Deck feature, press operators can now perform on-the-fly job changes. Dual ink Deck is based on genuine TRESU flexo technology and in combination with our VelociDryer™ technology it offers improved flexibility and less waste.

Engineered to any OEM specifications the TRESU UniPrint Easy is an automated floating suspension concept, that automatically adjusts the contact pressure to ensure optimal positioning of the chamber doctor blade systems - ensuring optimal printing quality. The floating suspension concept continuously adapts to the wear and tear of the individual blades. The compact and robust pneumatic design is remote controlled and enables automatic positioning of multiple chamber systems in remote or hard to reach locations.

At ICE in Munich we will also present first views of our new TRESU InkFlex circulator for automated WB ink circulation. In fact, it has already passed several field tests with flying colors. The TRESU InkFlex is supplied as a single- or multi-unit automated circulator for fast and easy operation with a new intuitive user-friendly HMI interface. It is built from proven quality parts with TRESU flexo technology knowledge and features two air operated double diaphragm pumps for a wide range of WB printing applications.

Today’s market transition in printing applications towards sustainable water-based coatings with grease performance barriers replacing PE based laminates is permanent and picking up ever more speed. World-leading food processing and packaging corporations rely on TRESU's inline web coating technology supplying the highest levels of performance, ergonomics and user friendliness - with only a minimum of operator training required. At ICE we present a new web coating system for lean spot or full flood web coating with up to 800m/min - or 2,600 feet/min.
